Salt Shaker Consulting made my dream proposal in Soho a reality. From the planning to the execution on the day of, they were prepared and thoughtful. Emily set up the entire proposal space based off of a few photos I showed her and it exceeded all of my expectations. It is so clear to me how experienced this team is with event planning. My proposal was on a roof and it rained after we set up. Emily and her team seamlessly moved the entire event to a rain venue and if there were any issues, my fiancé and I had no idea. I am so grateful that I was able to focus on my day, enjoy this special moment in my life and let the Salt Shaker team take over. This day was truly a magical experience I will never forget and I can't wait to book them again!!

Jayson and I, Nico, had our wedding 03Jun2022. We decided to have Salt Shaker Consulting assistance with the whole planning and execution of our special day because we heard amazing things about them through a friend. We had the opportunity to work closely with Emily, who really walked us throughout the process... because we had no idea a wedding had so much to think about, like the type of cutlery or plates we wanted, timing, etc. Emily helped us source an amazing florist who really tailored the venue up to our tropical standards. The delicious food was delivered safely, freshly and quickly thanks to Salt Shaker Consulting, and then it was displayed beautifully. Everyone loved it! From beginning to end they were really grinding: helping the florist out, helping us to remain serene, organizing the whole venue, decorating, arranging snacks, setting up the music, and more importantly, being the mediator between vendors and us... because obviously we had no time to be dealing with the rul

Emily was great. Why? For things where we knew what wanted (e.g. food), she facilitated the process but never debated our choices. For things where were clueless (e.g. flowers), she just made good decisions on our behalf. For things where some discussion was needed (e.g. invites), it was easy for us to build upon each others' ideas. We also really appreciated the caterers she selected. It wasn't bored college students, but people who were personable, engaged (and knowledgeable about wine). The wedding day was smooth and easy -- and we appreciate all she did.
