I spoke with Mike over the phone when it arrived, and we came to the conclusion that this bike was much too large for me. Even the medium was too big! He helped me pick out a new size, accessories, and then processed the return of the original bike I purchased. I had my 3 year old son with me and he was extremely patient and offered him a coloring book / crayons.
