I have been coming to this shop for the last 10 years with my different cars and for different needs ranging from oil change to mechanical issues. I have always had a really great experience here. Renato the manager is very honest, professional, and always takes his time to explain what is going on with my cars in a way that is easy for me to understand. Obviously with the proper diagnostics which I also received via email along with the pictures to back his suggestions up.He always gives me options without pressure and is very upfront about what would be my temporary fix versus a long-term one depending on my current monetary situation.I have always really appreciated the honesty and communication.
