We had a great experience with Excellence. Started having issues with our dryer over the weekend, submitted an inquiry on Sunday morning and received an immediate response to learn about the issue and work on scheduling. First available was Monday afternoon and the tech texted in advance to let me know he could be there earlier than the original window. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue, showed me the problem, and gave a quote for parts / labor. Finished the work within the work window and totally cleaned the work area. I’m extremely happy with the whole process. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to compliment the whole team. It was a great experience start to finish.

In addition, they thoroughly cleaned the appliances which I appreciated. The folks were extraordinarily friendly and efficient. I am glad to have them as a resource the next time I have a problem.
