Oleksii arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Apparently a fairly common issue. He had all the parts needed with him. We agreed with his diagnosis and the estimate. Oleksii took out a lot of screws. He was carful with the panels and parts he removed. Answered my questions. Put it back together and it worked like new!! No repair service is better then that!! We had a great experience with Excellence. Started having issues with our dryer over the weekend, submitted an inquiry on Sunday morning and received an immediate response to learn about the issue and work on scheduling. First available was Monday afternoon and the tech texted in advance to let me know he could be there earlier than the original window. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue, showed me the problem, and gave a quote for parts / labor. Finished the work within the work window and totally cleaned the work area. I’m extremely happy with the whole process. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to compliment the whole team. It was a great experience start to finish. Services Dryer repair
