He took the time to examine the refrigerator and see what was going on. Even after repairing stayed for a little allowing refrigerator to run a bit ensuring issue was resolved. This was very nice as my experiences with other companies prior were that they were in and out in a blink of an eye. Pricing was very fair as well.
