"Thank you for the quick service and honest treatment! You'll be the first call I make for any future repairs and will happily recommend you to family and friends!" I had acquired an expensive refrigerator from a previous tenant who owed me money. My new tenant had a problem with the refrigerator and freezer not cooling any more. I called Best Appliance and they were out there the next morning and diagnosed a compressor failure. Before just proceeding on with the repair, to save me money, they recommended I first check and see if the Samsung warranty was still active for the compressor, unfortunately when I checked it was not. After learning that I was going to be paying 100,% of the repair bill, I asked for an estimate and they gave me a range, and explained why it could possibly be higher after they tested the new compressor install. Not only did they service it the day after I checked on the warranty status, they informed me that there was actually a leak in the hose from the old
