I've been going to this gym for about four months now, and I can confidently say that this is the best gym I have gotten to attend.I've never been very athletic, but I wanted to be, and after graduating from college I floated around various gyms to try and get serious about lifting. I'm generally pretty shy and self-conscious, and I felt out of place at every gym I tried, and being gay didn't help that.Muscle + Mindset is different, though. Coach Amanda was welcoming from the first time I met her, and all the other coaches are equally as friendly. When I got to start training, I saw that the programming was both fun and challenging, and every few weeks we get to try different things. Coach Amanda is not only extremely knowledgeable but also encouraging, and repeatedly reminds me that I am stronger than I think; that confidence has helped me tremendously.There's also the community at the gym, which had proven to be thoroughly supportive and kind.
