For over 2 decades I would travel from studio to studio following my favorite yoga teachers all over NYC, this came to an abrupt end once I was guided to Souk Studio. Most of my favorite teachers are there while also discovering a slew of other highly experienced and gifted ones. The ever expanding schedule plus workshops and guest teachers always keep things fresh and varied. The space is super clean, well structured, owned and run with the utmost of professional integrity. Plus the high quality sound system and fabulous disco ball in the center of the room make for best yogic experience possible! Read More
