From the momement we walked into Lovedog, I knew we found our groomer for our 6mo old Maltese, Leo. It feels like a doggie spa, with soft music playing and with pleasant decor. It was extremely clean and fresh. Christen was wonderful upon our arrival . She spent time with me, and I felt confident that she understood how I wanted Leo’s cut. She was also so sweet with my shy puppy. He seemed to feel right at home and extremely comfortable with her. Little Leo looked great when I arrived for pick-up. He appeared happy and relaxed. We had a great first experience at Lovedog and already booked our next appointment. Feeling grateful to have found this place for my puppy’s grooming needs. At my last grooming appointment (at a different place), something must have happened that made my dog fearful of groomers—despite never having any fear of the vet. I explained the situation to Christen ahead of time, and she couldn’t have been more kind or understanding. When I arrived, she actually came outside, sat with me and my Cavapoo, and took the time to make her feel safe and comfortable. That kind of care and patience really meant a lot.
