The deposit process was smooth, and they even messaged me exactly one month later to return the remaining $100 they held just in case of any fines - I didn’t even have to remind them!🌟Overall, I had such a great experience with both the car and the customer service.I’ll definitely rent from them again when I’m back in LA.
