I was really satisfied with the whole experience!!!The prices were very fair.The car I got was clean, reliable, and worked perfectly the entire month I had it - I didn’t experience a single issue.The service was also excellent. Pavel helped me with the rental and all the paperwork. He explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and secure, especially since it was my first time renting a car and I don’t know much about cars.They accept international credit and debit cards, which was a huge plus for me. The deposit process was smooth, and they even messaged me exactly one month later to return the remaining $100 they held just in case of any fines - I didn’t even have to remind them!🌟Overall, I had such a great experience with both the car and the customer service.I’ll definitely rent from them again when I’m back in LA.
