I really appreciate the diligence in (from my first impression), the cleanliness of their facility, the prompt response time/ clear communication, and an overview of how they monitor the pups at their facility. As first time dog owners, I was nervous leaving Armani so I was very appreciative that Hounds Town gives you a free day to “test the waters.” We left Armani for about 6 hours the first day. As first time dog owners, I was nervous leaving Armani so I was very appreciative that Hounds Town gives you a free day to “test the waters.” We left Armani for about 6 hours the first day. It was wonderful to access their private Facebook page to see photos of the dogs, and a video later in the day too! When I went to pick Armani up they let me know how he did interacting and they even gave me a little “report card”…so impressed they took the time to fill that out! They really care for all the dogs there but what may be less obvious is how much they care for us dog parents too! Thank you for the reassurance Hounds Town!! 💗 The next day we were heading out of town so we dropped him off at 7 am and boarded him overnight and picked him up about 12 the next day. He doesn’t like baths at all but I went ahead and ordered the works…hoping that he’d be so tired after playing that he wouldn’t mind it. I have a very energetic pit bull rescue that is 4-5 months old. They made him so comfortable and paired him with the right group of dogs. He played all day and they sent video and pictures that were so reassuring to me. This place is so clean and the staff is so polite.
