Our AC stopped working and Brian came out and inspected and checked and tried the smaller parts to see if it was an easy fix before determining it was the compressor, he tried first to find it locally but ended up having to order it directly from the factory. Shipping took awhile (not integrity's fault at all) but as soon as they got it they called and scheduled us for the next day.
