My solar panels were not installed by PurePoint, but needed servicing and the company that did install my panels was not responsive at all. The technician, Bryant Mendoza, resolved my service issue. Everyone was so great I schedule a preventative maintenance service inspection. Again, Bryant was very prompt, professional and dedicated the entire time. He even stayed to finish up even though it started snowing/sleeting during the service. Kudos to PurePoint Energy and Bryant! You definitely have earned a loyal customer!
