What You Will Do: Run in-home appointments with homeowners Conduct roof/attic inspections and present solutions Build value, handle objections, and close deals Manage your pipeline and follow up with intent Execute a structured sales process consistently Business development (HOAs, Contractors, Realtors, etc.) What We Provide: Company-generated leads A defined sales process you can plug into immediately Technical training on roofing systems and inspections Support to help you move deals from contract to production A performance-driven environment with opportunity to grow (WE PROMOTE WITHIN!)
