**Job Summary (Executive Assistant - Risk Management)**

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to Risk Management Department senior management
Manage business operations, including budget tracking and report preparation
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and project timelines
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Prepare and manage correspondence, documentation, and records
Support claims and financial systems processes
Interact with internal teams, government officials, and external stakeholders
