About this role

Vice President, AI Platform & Engineering About the Opportunity Reku is partnering with a global enterprise to appoint a Vice President, AI Platform & Engineering. This is a build-focused leadership role responsible for establishing and scaling enterprise AI capabilities, spanning platform, infrastructure, and applied AI delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise AI platform strategy (GenAI ML in production)
Build and scale AI/ML infrastructure, LLMOps, and deployment pipelines
Drive end-to-end delivery of AI use cases across business functions
Establish agentic / human AI operating models

Lead model lifecycle management (evaluation, optimization, monitoring)
Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to drive adoption
Build and lead a high-performing, technically credible team
Operate effectively within a complex enterprise environment, balancing speed and governance
