About this role

We are looking for a dedicated employee to ride with a plumber/train under and start the apprenticeship path to becoming a full-time plumber.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead plumber with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on job sites
  • Prepare and organize hand tools, power tools, and materials needed for plumbing tasks
  • Support pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly activities
  • Help with soldering, laying out, drain unstops, and general labor
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and site regulations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience or training in construction or plumbing is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a high level of awareness
  • Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the plumber's home in 70817
