Had a fairly good experience as far as a winter trip could go. Didn't see any staff around other than who was working to clean exhibits. The African exhibit was under construction.... The Tropical Forest with the gorillas is the highlight — peaceful, beautiful, and educational. The giraffes, lions, kangaroos, and farm animals give you plenty to see, and the walking paths are easy and enjoyable. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole park feels safe and relaxing.
