Overall visit was pretty good! Just had some highs and lows. I had an appointment booked for 11, so I showed up at 10:55. Shop opens at 10 but there was nobody there. Waited in the car for a bit and the barber showed up around 11, but still not a great first impression. The haircut itself was fantastic! I was asked how I wanted it cut and it came out perfect. Did the straight razor shave on the back of the neck and all that, it was great. Throughout the course of the haircut, the barber kept suggesting more expensive packages and products they sell though. I know it's a new business and they've gotta advertise their services and products to make money, but what was being suggested was much more expensive than the service I was getting. I feel the way in which the other services were being pitched to me could be improved as well.
