Piano recitals, swim meets, school interviews, skiing and skateboarding, all that kid stuff that happens so fast came back to life. Oh, did we laugh and love each other all over again. And it was oh, so easy. A phone call to HVS with my needs, directions for shipping, then box them up and make payment. Robert was so helpful and delightfully professional. When the episodes were received, I couldn't have been happier, exactly what I expected. Now we all have access and copies to enjoy. I just returned from UPS where I shipped a second box of tapes. Image on tape had degraded and tape tore and un-playable. I originally sent it to a different company that said it was not fixable. Contacted HVS, who were able to retrieve the image and then was even able to make some changes and they improved the image quality. I am very happy with the service.
