My sister and I just finished TOEFL classes few days ago with teacher Simone, and I can only say excellent things about her, she is a very professional teacher, starting with her punctuality and commitment in every class. She was really focused on our weaknesses and had a very consistent methodology and dynamic way to present her classes. Another thing that I loved about her is how encouraging she can be even when we had our “bad days” when we weren’t doing that great, she always had something positive to say. The institute is also very clean and organized, they respond emails quickly and try to always work things out according students goals and time limitations.
