Bought a toilet from Home Depot and was assigned Douglas Orr Plumbing as our installer and had an outstanding experience, start to finish. We had excellent coordination and communication thanks to Jose Medina and outstanding workmanship and customer care thanks to Vernon Hill, who is as knowledgeable and skilled as he is personable. We will be back for all our plumbing needs in the future for sure!

I recently contacted Rocket plumbing when I was having some problems with my water heater. This is actually the first time since I’ve moved to Chicago that I was able to get a plumber for same day service. My neighbor recommended them and I’m so glad I called. Geoff came out and explained the issue and my options for replacement. Since my utility closet has a tricky set up the furnace positioning made removal and installation complicated, but Geoff was able to explain everything to me and also communicate with my preferred HVAC contractor to make sure everything was done right and could be repaired as needed. I appreciate the time taken to answer all my questions and remedy the situation. I was impressed with how clean things were left once the job was done.
