I had a water leak in December 2025 near my meter by my neighbor's fence, and Cooper Plumbering saved the day. When I called, Joy understood the urgency and offered to have someone come out the same afternoon, but I couldn't make that work. Instead, Jeremiah came first thing the next morning right on time.
Jeremiah was incredibly helpful – he not only shut off my main water valve but took the time to show me where it was located. Since the leak was near my neighbor's property line, he even went over to explain the situation and why he needed access to their yard to complete the repair. He ensured them they would put back their landscaping.
I had a flight to catch that same day and was stressed about the timing. Jeremiah assured me they'd handle everything, gave me a fair quote, and told me I could leave. I recently contacted Rocket plumbing when I was having some problems with my water heater. This is actually the first time since I’ve moved to Chicago that I was able to get a plumber for same day service. My neighbor recommended them and I’m so glad I called. Geoff came out and explained the issue and my options for replacement. Since my utility closet has a tricky set up the furnace positioning made removal and installation complicated, but Geoff was able to explain everything to me and also communicate with my preferred HVAC contractor to make sure everything was done right and could be repaired as needed. I appreciate the time taken to answer all my questions and remedy the situation. I was impressed with how clean things were left once the job was done.

Adding to this review… The u bend developed a leak a few days later which was not the plumber‘s fault, some of the components I think were old or not sealed properly. However, the team came back promptly the next day and graciously fixed the problem. Prompt service and thoughtful follow up is the best you can ever ask for!
