I first stopped in with the bike on a busy Saturday, after getting quotes from REI and Orange Cycle. The other shops barely had time for me and prioritized customers with quick needs; and while this shop also had other customers they made time to check out my bike as soon as they could and didn’t drag their feet (Orange wanted me to leave my bike with them even after I made it clear I didn’t want to). I knew I was at the right shop when after evaluating my bike, Dean had a very honest conversation about the possibility that I could find a similar quality bike on Facebook marketplace around the cost I was quoted.
