We absolutely love our place, but we knew it would need a lot of renovations, so we hired Houck to take on the job. The company and our project manager Eric Reiter have been phenomenal. Eric is genuinely interested in getting to know us, and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He has assembled a fantastic team of sub-contractors who are getting things done in a timely but thorough manner under his leadership. When we ended up having to move in two months early due to renovations at our former condo, Eric didn’t panic - he pivoted and went to work! Since we moved in, he has solved multiple emergencies, like getting a locksmith to come out immediately when a doorknob fell off a door and we got locked out. He is truly the best.
