So much so I have recommended her to friends and family who, after working with her, have had the same exact experience. Her correspondence is quick and concise. At not point of the process did I feel unsupported and the results have all been positive. It is clear she is extremely experienced and works hard for the best possible outcome. She provides several useful videos and documents to make the entire process easy to deal with. At not point did I feel overwhelmed or intimidated. I live across the country and still insisted on working with her. She was able to make an appearance and provide support even then.
