My son has studied piano with him for over six years, and my daughter for more than a year, and from day one he has been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. Each of my children approaches music differently, and Professor Juan beautifully tailors his teaching to their individual learning styles. He genuinely cares about their growth. If you’re looking for a piano teacher who truly cares, inspires growth, and brings out the best in their students, I couldn’t recommend him more highly! Also, even when we’ve had to adjust our schedule, the substitute teachers have always been wonderful with my kids, which speaks volumes about the quality and care of the entire Avalon Music School.
