When I arrived I was not 100% satisfied with the bouquet and was offered an upgrade for a small fee. The staff was very polite and offered me to wait in the lobby while they remade the arrangement. Within 30 min I had the absolute most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen!!! In addition to my upgrade they added an additional upgrade (free of charge). I wish I could rate this place 10 stars!!! Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing staff for their willingness to go the extra mile!!!! I can’t tell you how many times I was stopped and complimented walking into the office. Twice in the last two weeks I have called from out of state to send flowers to a friend. With little guidance from me they designed two beautiful arrangements. They delivered it within very tight windows and never said “we’ll try”; they just did it. My friend loved the flowers and they lasted a long time. I highly recommend them. Read More

Turns out, she loves flowers. I've spent my whole life going to publix, kroger.. etc for flowers for the sweet women in my life. A few months later for Valentine’s Day I did what I thought I should do and googled flower delivery and 1800 flowers came up. I thought there would be a great delivery of someone walking into her office saying “special delivery for Erica”. But no it was flowers packed in a box that they left in the mailroom... Safe to say I got sweet accolades for the gesture from my angel and a full refund from.. them. I am still in awe at the delightfulness both of them spread through my short interactions and phone calls with them. (I haven't been this eager to answer the phone in years, but knowing it was Mary calmed every part of me) 💕 Second, our actual arrangements came out BEAUTIFULLY 💐 - I ordered for one of my clients who is very specific about their brand colors and vibe.
