Alhamdulillah, we performed Umrah in October and booked with Zam Zam Travels with only three weeks’ notice. They efficiently arranged everything for our group of 14, including Umrah visas with health insurance, and were patient and helpful with all our questions.
Our guide, Brother Abu Ubaydah Amir, was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the journey. The tours of historical sites in Makkah and Madinah were well organized and informative, with thoughtful consideration for the heat and children in our group.
Accommodation was excellent — Swissotel Makkah was a very short walk to the Haram, and Elaf Al Taqwa in Madinah was just minutes from Al Masjid an-Nabawi, with nearby food options that were great for families.
Overall, a well-organized, spiritually enriching experience. Highly recommend Zam Zam Travels.
