Not only was Esther one of the most personable, understanding and patient people I've worked with, but her knowledge knows no bounds! Any/all questions will always be answered--no matter how silly they may seem--and Esther's attention to detail is astounding. There was even a situation halfway through our trip where we needed to pivot and leave one location earlier than expected and Esther was there for us, solving our problem almost immediately. She's a true lifesaver.
