She proactively monitored our delayed flight and clearly communicated with us to adjust our pickup time accordingly. The 14-passenger van was perfect for our group and comfortably accommodated all 14 passengers along with 16 suitcases. The vehicle was clean, new, spacious, and luxurious, offering plenty of room for both our group and our luggage. Mrs. Andrea was incredibly professional, kind, and down to earth. She paid close attention to detail, maintained excellent communication, and truly made us feel like family. From start to finish, everything was seamless we were picked up exactly at our scheduled times, and coordination with the owner was stress-free and well organized. We found ourselves 24 hours before we were due to fly into MCO for a cruise out of Port Canaveral without any transfers booked after our travel agent dropped the ball on us last-minute (4:30pm on a Friday). I'd seen Luna Negra recommended as an option in our cruise FB group, and on a wing and a prayer, I called to see if they had anything available with less than 24 hours notice. Andrea answered the phone, and was so nice and reassuring to talk to! Lucky for us, she had availability for us with only 22 hours notice, and was happy to stay on the phone with me while I booked everything straight away on their website. We were able to book our ride from MCO to our hotel in Cocoa Beach, and arrange pickup at the cruise terminal for a ride to MCO the following Sunday after our cruise.
