My journey started as a ClassPass pass pop-in and quickly turned into a SweatHouse-only membership (I’m loyal! lol). Every instructor here is incredibly encouraging and knows how to put you to work. Barre is my go-to but the other classes are just as great! This has been the only studio I’ve succeeded in maintaining consistency with and it’s 100% because of the environment provided here. The staff are all very sweet and professional. Something about the little details of the place and your workout class makes it feel like home and amazing! Sweathouse has become a staple in my work out schedule several times a week. Can’t be without it! Dinora and Gabo, the owners are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. We all have our favorites and mine is Briana Gee. She is a seasoned instructor through and through. Her boxing and HouseWRX classes are well structured, perfectly cued movements, fun and challenging. Most importantly, it’s always time well spent in her class. Those are my two main classes. Occasionally I will drop into a Barre class which are also always great! Lianna’s 8:00 Saturday boxing class is usually waitlisted but when I get in, it’s always a great vibe and fun energy. I HIGHLY recommend!! Read More
