Knowing that a 13-hour return flight from Asia right before Christmas would be exhausting – especially for my nearly 90-year-old parents – I booked a ride in advance with Los Angeles Car Service VIP, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking through the website was easy, and I was also able to confirm by phone the day before while still in Asia. I appreciated receiving my driver’s details in advance and being able to message with Carlos to explain that my parents would need extra time due to their age. He was completely understanding, provided clear pickup instructions, and timed his arrival perfectly – just minutes after we exited the terminal. The SUV was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with drinks and snacks. Carlos was a true professional – helpful with luggage, patient, and an excellent driver.
