Amazing office in Midtown! Just exactly what I need and want out of a dentist’s office, especially being nervous around going to the dentist: kind, honest, and knowledgeable. Dr. Clarice Chang is very friendly and addressed all of my concerns and needs. The hygienists that I’ve had, Aliya and Yarisa, are very thorough and gentle with their cleanings. While I can admit I should floss more, they told me about the importance of flossing and provided a thorough demonstration of how to floss properly. The dental assistants are also amazing, especially while taking my x-rays and asking about my concerns, but I wish I caught their names. The front desk is always kind and helpful both in-person and over the phone, and even though I’ve had to reschedule my most recent appointment a few times, they’ve always been patient and willing to work together. She’s incredibly sweet and warm, but what I appreciate most is that she keeps it real. She never pushes unnecessary procedures and always explains exactly what’s going on in a clear way.
