I recently purchased a beautiful pair of canaries for my parents, and the experience was really good. The owner was incredibly kind and patient while helping me determine the gender of the birds — very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does. The store has an amazing variety of birds, all of which are clearly well cared for and healthy. You can tell they really care about their animals. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future bird stuff. Great customer service.

I took my dog Lucky here for the first time today, and I am SO glad I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and caring from the moment we walked in. Lucky came out looking absolutely beautiful, clean, fluffy, and smelling amazing. You can tell they really took their time and treated him with love.The cutest part was that they gave me a little “report card” at the end, letting me know how he did during the grooming. Such a thoughtful touch!I’m definitely coming back. The groomers clearly take great care and pay attention to detail, and my pup always looks fresh, clean, and happy after each visit.In the past, we noticed that weekend appointments could take a bit longer before pick-up, but we’ve since learned that bringing him earlier in the day on weekends makes the process much smoother and faster. Now it’s the perfect balance—great service without the long wait.Overall, I highly recommend this grooming spot.
