Chris, my Technician, was punctual and it was evident he was a very experienced and competent brake mechanic. He took the time to show me the brakes disassembled and the reasons he recommended changing both the pads and rotors together; I concurred. On my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, it took only about 1 1/2 hours to complete the entire job which is a lot less time than you would spend at a dealership or most independent shops.
