He listened to my ask, and there were actually some design issues with what I was wanting for where I wanted it to go. He wound up helping me co-design a slight variation from my initial ask that came out better than what I was originally thinking.He had also had great customer service, it was a great afternoon chatting and hearing some great music while I got a new piece that is everything I was looking for and more.
