My appointment was with Sasha, for a design that meant a lot to me. It was immediately obvious she really cared about the project and wanted to make it the best it can be. She was happy to make any changes to the design, and added her own great ideas. Her and the rest of the staff created a comfortable atmosphere. They were all very helpful and approachable.
