We had some major drainage problems and Chino who runs their concrete division really cared that it was done right ( I could write 3 pages on this amazing man ). When he didn't like what we were doing, he explained why in lay mans terms without making us feel stupid and what he would do if it were his home (we kind of had a few bad ideas). When they poured the sports court, he grabbed my granddaughter and put her hand prints in the concrete with her name (we may have cried a bit) it made her day special. The companies that did come out seemed lacking in knowledge about saltwater pools and conversions. However, the team from Sunshine Construction answered their phone, came out the next day, and gave us a quote.
