Daniel B. from Gravity Roofing came out the very next day and was even willing to meet after normal business hours to accommodate my work schedule. He was very informative and confident that Gravity Roofing could take care of us. During this time, my wife had unexpected spine surgery and money was tight. Daniel was incredibly patient, and he and the Gravity team worked with us on financing options, which really helped ease the financial stress. We are forever grateful for their attention to detail and excellent communication from start to finish. The problem area was repaired in just one day and the work was done professionally.
