Have an old home on a raised foundation. Have been getting stress cracks from settling after rain. I was well aware of what I needed done, that being getting gutters installed and having proper drainage so water does not go under the foundation. Sam reassured my assumption which put me at ease. I thought I'd have to get new pillars or get current ones reinforced, which I still might, but Sam said to get the drainage situation fixed first. He told me all of this over the phone for free, which was incredible! Once I get gutters installed and proper drainage addressed, I'll have Sam come out and see if anything else needs to be done. Highly recommend Sam!
