Been dealing with Jose Lira ( civil engineer) since March of 2025 to get my design for a septic tank that would fit in my home and bring it up to code, This engineer has constantly ignored my calls and belittled me when I asked what has been the hold up? This engineer designed a Holding tank system knowing that the Harris County engineering would not accept it- because they require an up code system known as Aerobic system.
