The process not only went smoothly and was done ahead of schedule, they also suggested a simple way to have more reliable Internet. Since completing our office, we have not had any issues with losing a wifi signal. PointerTech IT monitors the stability of the system each month, even once replacing a router - at no cost to us - because they noticed an issue on the back-end. Definitely would recommend this them as not only that they want to help, but they are a pleasure to talk to. They are so good that we are hiring them again for installing a security system and internet in our condo. Definitely stop looking for an IT company and hire Pointer Tech IT. Read More
