First, they knew each car, and some of the owners of the cars that were sold back to the dealership. Second, they were happy, and that makes a difference. Happy service people, happy service. Third, the finance manager Irving -- is now my friend. True story and can't make this up, they made the car buying experience happen without any hiccups. They had a nice selection of vehicles and were very knowledgeable, as I ask a lot of questions. I was able test drive a couple of the cars I liked with one of the owners and he showed me all the options and how everything worked.
