The guys not only did an amazing job making my 20+ year old couch look better than brand new, but they were pleasant to work with the entire way. Rick was incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns from start to finish and even sent me fabric swatches of the fabrics I was debating on without me having to ask. The pricing was incredibly reasonable compared to other companies, there were no hidden costs (Several other upholsterers stated that they would only give an estimate, but the 'real' cost would be determined AFTER they opened the couch up), and the work was done in the time promised. The guys who came to pick up & drop off the couch were wonderful as well, being very careful of everything. However, the real measure of quality for an upholsterer is obviously, the reupholstery... and it is AMAZING!!! They had lots of fabric options and gave great recommendations. We negotiated a fair price, and for the work they did it was all totally $ well spent. We are so happy with our “new” chairs.
