They pay meticulous attention to detail while sharing their fun side and light spirit. They are a great example of why AI can never take their place! It's not just about their exercises and movements but also their personality, which is critical to motivate someone like me. When I take their classes in-person or virtually, I can feel their dedication and love of dance and fitness. I can see their expertise and precision without making it too difficult to follow. I get bored with routine exercise sets especially if they repeat, if I sense the teacher is just going through the motion, disengaged / not present, or distracting in some way.
