US Power was an excellent solar partner and we are relieved we selected US Power at a moment when we almost decided not to install solar.It was a chaotic time in solar installation. Many residents were rushing to get their projects done before the end of 2025 when the solar credit was disappearing. So installers were over-scheduling and over-promising. With contractors you can imagine that means they were promising installs and permits to be straight forward, and estimates of solar generation to be accurate. We had bids from 3 companies, but decided not to move forward because most seemed disorganized, rushed, and wanted nonrefundable deposits even if they couldn't finish the install before the end of the year. But then US Power appeared out of nowhere. They were knowledgeable and use the most sophisticated software to estimate proper placement of panels.
