If a stain doesn’t leave, they will let you know by placing a little tag on the hanger that says that if they tried a harsher stain remover, the item would get ruined. It happened to me just once and it was a very stubborn black stain over a red fabric. They were able to make the black stain become very faded so that you don’t notice it as much and I’m glad they didn’t try something harsher that could have ruined further one of my favorite pants.
